Stuart MacMillan is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of management experience, including 25 years in the Direct Selling Channel. His career highlights include leading international expansion as the first International President of Excel Communications and achieving record-breaking success as the first President of Arbonne Canada. As the President of MONAT, Stuart’s leadership helped scale the company to more than $800 million in revenue within its first six years. His success earned him the prestigious American Business Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.
Stuart’s leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership, authenticity, and humility.
